Andrea's Black Crusted Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 pieces of Salmon (Skin on)
- 1 x teaspoon of Andrea's Curry Magic (Flavour with or Without Fire)
- ½ x teaspoon Pepper & salt
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- ½ teaspoon seed mustard
Preparation
- Mix in a small bowl, "Andreas Curry Magic", salt, pepper, lemon juice and mustard
- Place salmon on a grilling tray and spoon mixture on skin only.
- Grill for 12-15 minutes
Veggies
- With a potato peeler cut thin ribbon slices through (1 x zucchini & 1 x carrot).
- Cook in pot with one teaspoon of butter for 2 x minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place ribbons of veggies on a plate and place salmon on top.
